Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Smart Related Products & Blogs (the "App"), provided by Tiwaa ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App lets Shopify merchants display related products and blog posts on their storefront through Online Store 2.0 app blocks, with hand-picked relations managed in the App and automatic fallback recommendations.

2. Subscription and billing

• The App is offered on a monthly subscription billed through Shopify Billing, with a free trial as shown in the App.
• Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• You may cancel at any time from Shopify admin or by uninstalling the App. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice through the App or by email.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content (products, articles, images) you choose to display.
• You must use an Online Store 2.0 compatible theme for the app blocks to render.
• You must not use the App in a way that violates Shopify's terms or applicable law.

4. Data

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. The App writes metafields under the smart_related namespace to your store; these may remain after uninstall and can be removed from Shopify admin.

5. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at tiwaaofficial@gmail.com, typically within 24 hours on business days.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost sales or profits.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the App. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
